Center Grove Community School Corporation, serving about 8,000 students across seven schools and roughly 1,200 employees, was struggling with tighter budgets and time-consuming, paper-based business processes. To modernize and streamline operations the district adopted Skyward’s School Business Suite to address district-wide needs from payroll and purchasing to time and attendance.
Skyward implemented the School Business Suite modules (including Accounts Payable/Receivable, Payroll, True Time, Employee Access, purchasing and more) and integrated third‑party tools and automated provisioning. The result: requisitions and time-off requests are routed automatically, paper forms and a former six-step timekeeping workflow were eliminated, payroll is fed directly from the system, reporting is easier to customize, and administrative workload and error risk have been substantially reduced through Skyward’s automation and integrations.
