TitanHQ Automates Data Analytics Pipeline to Get a 360-Degree Customer View Using Skyvia Data Integration

TitanHQ, a leading cybersecurity SaaS platform, needed to break down siloed data across SugarCRM, Maxio, its ticketing platform, and product data to build a 360-degree customer view. The team wanted better visibility into retention, churn signals, and business metrics, while reducing the time spent writing and maintaining custom Python data extraction scripts. TitanHQ used Skyvia data integration to support this effort.

Skyvia helped TitanHQ automate data extraction and loading into Snowflake after the company moved from Redshift to Snowflake for better flexibility and cost control. The resulting pipeline fed Tableau dashboards with regularly updated customer data, saving the engineering team time and cost on manual scripting and maintenance. TitanHQ reported that Skyvia’s flexibility and capabilities were impressive for the price point, and the customer success team gained more up-to-date reporting on key metrics.
