Redmond Inc., a group of more than 10 brands in the agriculture industry, needed a better way to manage high order volumes from Shopify and keep inventory and order data in sync with its ERP system, Acumatica. With 1,000 to 3,000 daily orders and a need to match payments, avoid missed orders, and maintain near-real-time inventory visibility, the company turned to Skyvia’s data integration solution.

Skyvia helped Redmond replicate Shopify data into SQL Server, including orders, payments, transactions, and inventory, and set up incremental updates to keep the data current. Redmond then combined this data with ERP information in Power BI dashboards for Customer Service, improving stock visibility and reducing internal communication. The Skyvia implementation also saved Redmond more than $60,000 annually in licensing, implementation, and transactional costs.
