Playworks Non-profit Organization Utilizes Daily LMS Data Sync with Salesforce

Playworks is a U.S. non-profit that runs play programs for 3.5 million kids in 7,000 schools and launched PlayworksU — online trainings hosted on the Bridge LMS. Their challenge was keeping LMS registration data synchronized with their Salesforce instance on a daily schedule, including parsing complex standard and custom criteria and exporting CSVs to SFTP, while keeping the solution low-cost and easy for in-house staff. After testing alternatives, Playworks selected Skyvia (DATA INTEGRATION) as the most cost‑effective, straightforward option.

Using Skyvia’s scheduled package runs, Playworks pulls specific Contact and Lead records (populated via FormAssembly) from Salesforce and exports them as daily CSVs to SFTP for Bridge LMS ingestion. Skyvia enabled two nightly packages (one for subscribers, one for trial users), secure automated syncing, and the criteria complexity required — allowing Playworks to scale PlayworksU enrollment, increase sync frequency as needed, and maintain extremely low setup and ongoing costs.
