Skyvia enabled near-real-time import and integration of data from tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Google Suite, and Mailchimp into PolyAnalyst, where Megaputer applied NLP and text analytics to uncover themes and emotional tones. The result was more actionable customer insight, improved inventory management, and an estimated annual savings of at least $300,000—nearly five times the cost of implementation.
