Fortium Partners, a provider of interim and fractional technology leadership, needed to run a complex billing workflow several times a month that required syncing time and timekeeping data between a local MySQL database and QuickBooks Online and then moving paid-invoice data back into MySQL — all without investing in custom code. To address this, Fortium Partners turned to Skyvia, using Skyvia Data Integration (and Skyvia Backup) to handle the MySQL ⇄ QuickBooks Online data flows.

Skyvia implemented a no-code ETL solution: Skyvia Data Integration’s GUI wizard to replicate and sync data between QuickBooks Online and MySQL, plus Skyvia Backup to store sensitive billing data securely on Microsoft Azure.
