Broughton Hotels faced outdated property management systems that made daily rate changes slow and doubled work by acting as both PMS and CRS, limited its ability to build targeted packages, drove high frontline training costs, and left the company ill-prepared to open two new properties. After a two-year search for a modern PMS, Broughton Hotels engaged SkyTouch Technology and its cloud-based SkyTouch Hotel OS to replace legacy systems across four hotels (two existing and two new builds).
SkyTouch Technology implemented the SkyTouch Hotel OS with cloud mobility, automated revenue-management rules, one-click rate updates across channels, two-way channel management, and a custom interface to Stash Rewards. The deployment raised ADR by $10–$20 at existing properties, increased occupancy, cut new-employee training from as much as two weeks to two days, freed executives from manual rate-setting, and delivered easier distribution and reporting.
