Grandstay Hotels, a growing family of select-service and extended-stay properties committed to “Every Guest – Every Time,” needed a Property Management System (PMS) that could support rapid growth, flexible franchise operations, and technology-driven marketing. SkyTouch Technology implemented its cloud PMS, onsite training, self-paced eLearning, and integrations (including Sabre) to streamline operations, reporting, rate updates, task management, and reservation delivery. The solution has helped Grandstay scale to 35 open properties, boost reservations through Sabre integration, speed staff onboarding with SkyTouch University, and provide franchisees ongoing support and collaboration via the SkyTouch Community.
