Cobblestone Hotels & Suites is an upper‑midscale brand with over 140 hotels across 18 states that had grown out of disparate, slow legacy property management systems, causing frustrated guests and high staff turnover. To modernize operations and support managers who aren’t always seasoned hoteliers, Cobblestone partnered with SkyTouch Technology and adopted SkyTouch’s cloud property management platform, including its rate center and SkyTouch University training.

SkyTouch Technology replaced multiple PMSs with a single technically advanced platform, automated revenue management rules and self‑service rate controls, and provided 24/7/365 support and training during rapid onboarding (about 50 properties). The result: faster operations, the ability to change rates across all channels from laptop or smartphone to protect rate integrity and improve the bottom line, and an easier system that produces happier staff and reduced turnover.
