Nicholson Companies, a fully licensed general contractor operating in California and Hawaii, needed to speed up communication among geographically dispersed project teams and handle growing business without slowing operations. The result was faster project starts and delivery, immediate answers to subcontractor bidding questions, large reductions in overnight delivery costs and unnecessary return trips, and overall time-and-cost savings for Nicholson Companies.
