Profumi D’Italia, the South African importer and distributor of brands including Bottega wines and spirits, Voga, and Santo Stefano, needed a better way to organize a growing field sales team spread across Cape Town, Johannesburg, and Durban. Before using Skynamo, reps were calling on customers randomly, focusing on familiar accounts, and spending too much time on manual reports, WhatsApps, emails, and follow-ups.
Skynamo’s mobile sales app and CRM helped Profumi D’Italia streamline call cycles, route planning, ordering, quoting, and customer history management on one platform. The result was faster order processing, immediate invoicing and warehouse handoff, and major productivity gains: reps increased visits from about 8 per day to 11–14, and saved at least 90 minutes a day each. Skynamo also improved accountability, communication, and customer relationship management during the pandemic.
