Permoseal, a leading South African manufacturer and supplier of adhesives, sealants and DIY products, was struggling with a heavy admin burden and slow, manual order processing. Before using Skynamo’s sales app, reps relied on paper notes, Excel, phone calls and emails to check stock and submit orders, which often caused errors, incomplete information, and unnecessary product returns.

Skynamo implemented a mobile sales app that gave Permoseal reps real-time access to customer accounts, product data, stock levels, catalogues and quoting tools in the field. As a result, Permoseal cut admin time by 3–4 hours per week, reduced order errors and product returns, improved customer satisfaction, and increased sales by enabling faster, more accurate ordering and better communication between reps and managers.
