Medis Medical, a world leader in compression therapy supplying orthopaedic and surgical products, needed a better way to monitor its eight national sales reps and keep track of sales calls. The company wanted more visibility into field activity and a clearer way to measure daily client visits, so it trialed Skynamo’s field sales app.
Skynamo implemented a tailored sales management solution for Medis Medical, including tracking travel routes, location visibility, monthly customer-specific reports, and custom forms for events and data collection. As a result, Medis improved oversight of its sales force, ensured reps met the target of 6–8 client visits per day, and increased the quality of face-to-face selling, while Skynamo also quickly adapted the app to meet Medis’s changing business needs.
