Form-Scaff, a scaffolding and formwork supplier with around 48 sales reps and internal sales staff across 19 branches in South Africa, needed a better way to measure sales effectiveness and reduce the time spent on manual admin. Before Skynamo, the team was using Excel-based call sheets and diary notes, which kept reps in the office too often and made it hard for management to see coverage in the field.

Skynamo implemented its sales app as a field activity and visibility tool, starting with a pilot in Gauteng. The solution gave managers real-time visibility into rep locations and customer visits, replaced the old diary-and-Excel process, and enabled photo capture and cloud storage of site progress. Form-Scaff reported substantial increases in calls, rising from about two customers a day to six to eight a day, while saving each salesperson an estimated one to two hours per week on admin.
