Cave Direct, a family-owned UK importer and wholesale distributor of speciality and craft beer, needed a better way to support a small field sales team serving around 5,000 customers across the country. Before Skynamo, the team relied on desktop-based CRM processes, which meant a lot of end-of-day admin and missed opportunities to capture customer conversations and stock information while on the road.
Skynamo provided a mobile field sales app integrated with Cave Direct’s existing Acumatica systems, giving reps access to sales and stock data, on-the-go data entry, forms, and reporting. As a result, the team spent less time on admin and more time selling, managers gained clearer visibility into field activity, customer coverage improved, and Cave Direct used Skynamo to support win/loss tracking, complaints, new brewery line forms, and post-Covid customer canvassing and forecasting.
