Harbour Air Seaplanes Digital signage elevates the travel experience

Harbour Air Seaplanes, founded in 1982 and serving more than 400,000 passengers with over 50 aircraft, faced poor, hard-to-update signage at its new Victoria terminal and relied on manual USB updates for screens at other bases. To modernize passenger communications and centralize content control, Harbour Air selected Skykit and its Chrome-based digital signage CMS.

Skykit deployed eight display screens across the Victoria terminal and Vancouver base and enabled central management of PDFs, video, weather and other content, eliminating manual IT updates. The Skykit solution let Harbour Air quickly change messaging, direct passengers to the correct check-in counters, run a carbon-neutral program video loop, and deliver a more informed pre-flight experience for its customers.
