A Skyfii Case Study
Diageo worked with Skyfii to launch a Free Public WiFi Sponsorship campaign across 100 hand-picked pubs in Queensland and Western Australia, using the service to support Bundaberg Rum and Captain Morgan. The challenge was to create a highly targeted way to engage consumers at the point of purchase while also adding value for venue partners and strengthening customer loyalty.
Skyfii installed and managed the WiFi network, added branded login, welcome and product video pages, and supported the campaign with permanent in-venue signage and promotional materials. The results included 92,679 WiFi sessions, 118,800 brand impacts, and a 230% growth for Captain Morgan, along with longer dwell time, stronger venue relationships, and a valuable consumer database for future marketing.
