Skydio's solution allowed an operator to launch the X10 drone to a potential structure fire. The drone provided a live view that confirmed heavy smoke and upgraded the incident status before crews had even been fully dispatched. This enabled the first-due lieutenant to formulate an effective plan of attack while still en route, significantly enhancing situational awareness and strategic response.
