Golfio, an online retailer of golf equipment and accessories, was hampered by no inventory system, convoluted Excel spreadsheets, constant physical re-allocations of stock, frequent oversells, and very slow order fulfillment. Seeking a fix before peak selling periods, Golfio turned to SkuVault Core to regain inventory control and streamline operations.
SkuVault Core implemented product-location tracking, real-time quantity sharing (via its ChannelAdvisor integration) and warehouse management features, eliminating much of Golfio’s manual moving and guessing. The result: order fulfillment time improved by 87.5% (tasks that once took a day now take under an hour), out-of-stock rates fell roughly 25%, mis-ships dropped about 13%, and canceled orders and inventory confusion were significantly reduced.
