OneBlade, the premium razor brand, needed a better way to manage subscriptions for its blade refills. Running on Recharge created problems with Shopify checkout compatibility, limited discount code use, and even caused major issues with a free-trial promotion that led to confused customers, fraud, and lost inventory.

Skio migrated OneBlade off Recharge and provided hands-on onboarding, custom engineering support, and checkout/UI adjustments to fit OneBlade’s Shopify setup. With Skio, OneBlade doubled its monthly conversion rate from 0.48% to 1.27%, raised AOV by 49%, increased subscription-inclusive checkout orders from 32.5% to 39.4%, and grew daily subscription item purchases by at least 330%.
