Skio helped BUBS Naturals optimize its subscription strategy with stronger offers, upsell and cross-sell programs, and strict LTV-to-CAC guardrails. As a result, BUBS tripled new subscriber growth in a year, increased the share of first-time customers choosing subscription from 20% to over 70%, and saw 25% of eligible customers upgrade to larger plans before checkout, turning subscription into its primary growth engine.
