Hearthside Food Solutions, a large contract manufacturer of snack and food products, needed a faster, more consistent way to fully vet candidates in a tight labor market without skipping reference checks or risking hiring errors. Before using SkillSurvey Reference®, reference checks were handled inconsistently across locations, creating uneven documentation, higher costs, and added turnover risk.

SkillSurvey implemented an automated reference-checking process that sent surveys to references by email, captured confidential feedback, and provided comparison reports and predictive analytics to help recruiters make better hiring decisions.
