Willis Towers Watson (WTW) is a global advisory, brokerage, and solutions firm committed to developing its people. When the pandemic pushed work remote, WTW faced a need for scalable, customizable, and equitable learning that could build leadership skills and support underrepresented talent across its global workforce.

Partnering with Skillsoft, WTW launched the Manager Effectiveness Program in 2023—offered in multiple languages with 100+ offerings across five modules—and turned it into a virtual Academy and digital leadership curriculum that reached thousands. They also expanded Skillsoft Coaching from senior leaders to mid-level employees, integrated Percipio with their Oracle LMS, and streamlined content delivery, improving efficiency and embedding coaching into key initiatives like the Women’s Leadership Program to drive inclusivity and workforce transformation.
