The challenge was delivering scalable, flexible leadership development that matched diverse learning preferences, shifting attention patterns, and a desire for self-paced digital training across a multi-generational, global workforce.

TCS launched the Leader in You program using 41 Skillsoft leadership courses organized into three themes—Managing Your Business, Managing Your Teams and Managing Yourself—letting learners choose three courses per theme and earn a certificate after completing nine. Delivered via online modules, virtual classrooms and SME webinars, the program registered 22,000+ managers, produced 9,000+ module completions and 7,700+ certifications, saved about ₹250 million, and earned multiple industry awards.
