Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited (TAFE), a leading global tractor manufacturer, identified a need to strengthen leadership among middle managers after reviewing its L&D strategy, with a particular focus on building soft skills so managers could more effectively and productively lead their teams.
In partnership with Skillsoft, TAFE launched a blended learning program—including an introductory webinar, habit calendars, and instructor-led sessions organized around a three-phase Discover–Discuss–Design approach—and plans to scale with Skillsoft’s Leadership Development Program on the Percipio platform. Results include 394 hours of learning completed, 60% of leaders reporting significant skill improvement, and strategic project success increasing from 42% to 55%.
