SafeGuard World International (SGWI) is a SaaS-based global payroll and contingent labor provider serving multinational enterprise and mid-market clients. With 261 employees and aggressive growth plans, SGWI needed flexible, blended e-learning and web-based training to quickly upskill a diverse, distributed workforce and ensure consistent service quality worldwide.

SGWI deployed Skillsoft Select Plus with IT & Desktop videos and used Skillsoft’s Client Community to support training campaigns, rolling out the solution in just 28 days. Within the first month over 120 courses were completed, staff engagement and efficiency improved, and SGWI plans to expand internal training using Skillsoft to continue developing its workforce.
