Working with Skillsoft Professional Services, Rizing launched six virtual blended leadership tracks using Rizing subject-matter experts and Skillsoft’s Leadership Development Program delivered on the Percipio platform, including 30+ curated channels, custom content, ELSA, and mobile access. Outcomes were strong: 100% of participants expect to use their new skills, 91% would recommend the program, and completion rates reached 82%, while learning and development became recognized as a business function.
