Orange Business Services is the B2B arm of Orange and a leading global integrator of communications and IT services, operating in 160 countries and serving customers in 220 countries and territories with about 20,000 employees. Committed to innovative learning and development, the company faced the ongoing challenge of delivering flexible, culturally appropriate L&D at scale across a diverse international workforce.

Working with Skillsoft, Orange implemented a remote, blended learning strategy—integrating Books24x7®, eLearning, a Cloud Academy, short targeted videos, social learning and the Five @ 5:00TM program, plus daily Leadership Channel® clips and an HR Knowledge area. The initiative delivered over 80% of content digitally to more than 50,000 users, delivered 7,700 cloud training modules in one year, trained 300+ employees across 14 countries, and consolidated 196 HR and training solutions (94% provided digitally) into a single, low‑cost sustainable source.
