Skillsoft provided microlearning assets (short videos, book summaries), partnered via Solution Services to align content to targeted development areas, embedded resources in appointment emails, and supplemented learning with live events. As a result, 80% of learners applied their learning within six weeks, there was a 5% average skill gain (estimated $1,022,112 in benefits), the annual investment per active user was $154, and the program achieved a 21:1 benefit-to-cost ratio.
