Menasha Corporation, a family-owned packaging manufacturer and supply chain solutions provider founded in 1849 with roughly 5,000 employees across North America, Europe and Asia, lacked a cohesive, company-wide leadership development program. The company formed a task force to implement a virtual, mobile and cost-effective leadership curriculum to develop current and future leaders.

Menasha adopted the Welch Way program through a partnership with Skillsoft and the Jack Welch Management Institute and engaged Skillsoft’s Leadership Services for strategic oversight, implementation guidance and virtual facilitation. The rollout included a train-the-trainer model; the first cohort is now in the Managing Change program, two additional cohorts are funded, and demand has grown to a waiting list for upcoming sessions.
