Manitoba Hydro, the province’s largest Crown Corporation and major energy utility serving hundreds of thousands of electric and gas customers across Manitoba, faced a training access challenge: about 6,400 employees were dispersed over a 250,900-square-mile region, making it difficult to deliver consistent, timely learning across the workforce.

Skillsoft provided more than 200 Business Skills and Desktop courses, Leadership Development Channel videos for instructors, and the Leadership Advantage collection, all integrated into targeted learning tracks. Employees who used Skillsoft to develop job-required skills saw a 30% improvement in those skills, 92% said they plan to use the resources again, and 83% would recommend them to colleagues.
