Making Space, a national charity and leading provider of adult health and social care, needed to roll out the Care Certificate across its organisation in 2015. With only a few months to act, they had to deliver training to all applicable new starters and complete phased workplace observations and assessments.

They implemented Skillsoft’s Care Certificate via Skillport 8 and the Advanced Compliance LMS—15 interactive eLearning courses with assessments, follow-on activities and manager dashboards for central monitoring. The solution saved time and resources, met the tight deadline, established an effective and transparent process for phased assessments and reporting, and drew overwhelmingly positive feedback on the learning resources.
