Lifelong Learning Helps Shape the Future of the Construction Industry at Holcim

Holcim, a global construction materials company, needed a modern way to support employee development and self-directed learning, especially for early-career staff and onboarding. With Skillsoft and its Percipio platform, Holcim created a learning channel with curated content spanning strategy, leadership, project work, sales, marketing, and finance.

Skillsoft implemented the Early Career Leadership Program on Percipio, a six-month “mini MBA” style experience that also supported onboarding and flexible, on-demand training. The program was very well received, with more than 300 employees completing it, and Holcim also benefited from regularly updated, multilingual content and responsive support from Skillsoft.
