Kuoni wanted to broaden and boost online learning enterprise-wide, increase engagement with its LEON learning portal, and position LEON as the go-to platform for employees to manage their development.

Working with Skillsoft, Kuoni built competency-based career development programmes (16 competencies including leadership, sales and communication), tailored learning plans and LEON asset folders, and aligned classroom sessions with follow-up eLearning. In 12 months LEON usage rose 36%; 82% of employees said courses met their needs, 77% would recommend them; 70% use LEON for self-directed learning, with video uptake up 77% and access to books up 86%.
