Johnson Controls’ Building Efficiency division, operating from 500 branches in more than 150 countries and serving over one million customers, wanted to strengthen workforce skills and leadership capability in the UK to boost business performance, customer service and build a future leadership pipeline.
Working with Skillsoft, Johnson Controls launched the My Job Hub – Building Your Knowledge portal to give employees streamlined access to role-mapped eLearning, mentoring and on-the-job resources, plus tools to request classes and track learning. Within 12 months engagement rose to 91%, leader effectiveness to 74%, customer satisfaction improved by 13%, 91% of UK employees became active users of the hub, and 97% of identified top talent were retained.
