ITvitae is a Netherlands-based non-profit (founded in 2013) that helps people with high-functioning autism and highly gifted individuals train for ICT careers. Facing growing demand, the organization needed a modern learning platform that provides on-demand access to training and better management of learner records, certifications, and member data.

ITvitae implemented Skillsoft’s Percipio (on AWS) with curated Technology & Developer learning channels and partnered with Skillsoft for deployment, content curation, and improved assessment capabilities. Over four months the program delivered a 3:1 ROI, $18,674 in benefits, an estimated $7,758 value of skill gain, 10,916 additional salary hours and 649 hours of learning, helping learners follow clear career paths toward employment.
