Lexmark partnered with Skillsoft to strengthen its learning culture and support a workforce transformation aimed at digital innovation. As the company pushed forward with digital transformation, it needed a way to keep employees engaged in continuous learning and develop high-potential talent through programs like LexLearn and Emerge.

Skillsoft helped Lexmark build and run learning initiatives including virtual instructor-led training and the Emerge leadership program. The results were strong: Lexmark saw a 45% increase in total LexLearn accesses, 84% of learners returned to the platform multiple times, and Emerge participants doubled their proficiency in 9 of 10 leadership topics, helping reinforce Lexmark’s innovation and transformation goals.
