Curia partnered with Skillsoft to build a learning and development program from the ground up. The company needed a practical L&D approach to support key competencies, leadership behaviors, and values, while also helping employees build broader skills like communication, collaboration, Microsoft Office, and Excel.

Skillsoft helped Curia implement iLearn, a custom-branded AI-powered learning platform built around Skillsoft content. Curia organized content into short “Leadership Journeys,” added Skill Benchmarks for personalized recommendations, and created simple guides and conversation tools to keep learning manageable and applicable. The result was a popular self-driven program that employees could use in just 15 minutes a day, with stronger engagement and real workplace application across global locations.
