comScore, a global leader in cross-platform audience and advertising measurement with more than 3,200 clients in 70 countries, needed a scalable, global management development program for its 1,800 employees that would deliver continuous learning and be tied to performance. The challenge was to create a program that supported both new and experienced managers, reinforced company values and behaviors, and encouraged immediate application without disrupting productivity.
comScore launched AMPD (Accelerating Manager Performance and Development), a self-paced blended program built with Skillsoft content and designed around 12 core manager competencies, two learner tracks, and daily five-minute microlearning sessions. The program—planned for delivery via Skillsoft’s Percipio platform—produced a 1,377% ROI ($14.77 return per $1 spent), 100% of users would recommend it, eliminated “scrap” learning, and won Skillsoft and SumTotal’s 2018 Learning Program of the Year.
