Global Payments, a leading payment technology and software provider with about 11,000 employees worldwide, operates in a highly regulated financial environment where compliance is critical. To keep pace with rapidly changing global regulations and protect sensitive financial data, the company needed continuous, scalable training to ensure all employees understood legal, ethical and security requirements.

In 2013 Global Payments deployed Skillsoft Compliance Training (now migrating to Percipio Compliance), localizing content into 11 languages and delivering targeted courses such as Code of Conduct, Anti‑Money Laundering, Antitrust, FCPA, Security Awareness and the UK Bribery Act. The program produced 132,000 completions, maintained accurate, up‑to‑date training records and helped sustain excellent customer service and continued business growth.
