Skillsoft and SumTotal deployed SumTotal Learn to 20,000 employees, contractors and external agents, aligned Skillsoft content to Florida Blue’s competency framework, and enabled in‑house delivery of Medicare certification. The rollout improved learner satisfaction, delivered $300,000 in first‑year savings (with $900,000+ anticipated), provided better reporting and technology experiences, and opened opportunities to generate revenue from learning programs.
