Equiniti India, the Chennai-based offshore arm of Equiniti Group, provides BPO, IT development, testing and operational support to clients. Facing a company-wide mandate to raise competencies, EQI decided to shift from costly, time-consuming instructor-led classes to a digital learning culture.

Skillsoft helped build the EQI Digital Academy with role-based programs and predesigned learning paths aligned to EQI’s competency model, selecting content across technical and project management areas and delivering it via multiple methods. Within 90 days the portal saw 97.4% of targeted users participate and 98.2% distinct logins, 3,653 hours of training (4.9 average hours per person) and 2,319 course completions.
