Dialog Semiconductor, a UK-based maker of power-saving semiconductor solutions for smartphones, power adapters, solid-state lighting and IoT, faced a rapid growth challenge: they needed to scale company-wide compliance training quickly, but their existing LMS was unintuitive and difficult to integrate with new content—a particular concern given a large learner population in China and increased exposure to transaction-related risk.

Almost the entire workforce of ~1,700 completed mandatory training within two months, Dialog received multiple tailored implementation options, and the company is now planning to expand its L&D offerings.
