Dialog launched Dialog Academy, a learning portal built on Skillsoft’s Skillport that combines Skillsoft’s IT and business courses with custom Dialog content. The program delivered strong outcomes: 75% of consultants and 80% of managers reported being satisfied or highly satisfied, 90% of consultants passed required certification exams after courses (100% pass rate among training participants), and per-user online pricing proved more economical than single face-to-face sessions.
