Choice Support is a UK social care charity that supports people with learning disabilities and other complex needs. With a 2,000-strong community workforce, the organisation needed a more flexible way to keep mandatory certifications and core competencies current across geographically dispersed staff and to demonstrate compliance with CQC requirements.

Partnering with Skillsoft, Choice Support launched a 12-week interactive eLearning induction covering mandatory topics such as first aid awareness, safe medication handling and equality and diversity, with phased regional rollout and local office support for users less confident with IT. The initiative received overwhelmingly positive feedback, delivered more than 25 eLearning courses and recorded over 7,000 course completions, helping the charity maintain staff competence and meet compliance expectations.
