CGI, a global IT and business services firm with more than 65,000 people in 40 countries, needed a consistent, scalable way to deliver professional and personal development across regions and languages. Its global Learning Design and Creation (LDC) team had to align learning content to strategic training needs, localize resources for regional business and language requirements, and foster a unified learning culture.

Working with Skillsoft, CGI launched a single “Learning Everywhere” site and deployed the Skillport 8 platform to link courses, videos, books and Skillsoft’s New Habit Calendar. The solution created a central asset register accessible to over 70 L&D specialists, delivered content in multiple languages 24/7, ensured a consistent learner experience, and enabled fast roll-out of global learning programs.
