Carrington Mortgage Holdings, a national company operating across mortgage lending, servicing, real estate transactions, logistics and asset management, found through an internal survey that associates wanted more professional development beyond mandatory compliance training. The company needed to raise awareness, simplify access and align learning options with topics of interest to boost engagement.

Skillsoft identified preferred topics and helped Carrington curate and populate six homepage learning categories with relevant content from Business Skills, Productivity & Collaboration, Leadership and Compliance collections. The program launched 2,773 new assets (a 157% increase), added 1,550 new courseware users (322% increase) and 1,557 additional courseware hours (214% increase), while ROI climbed from 11.6:1 to 28:1.
