Canada Life wanted to create a new general leadership program to develop future leaders from recent university graduates, giving them broad exposure across its business units. To support the pilot, Canada Life turned to Skillsoft and its Leadership Development content, including Percipio, to build a structured learning experience alongside on-the-job rotations.

Skillsoft helped Canada Life launch a formal two-year program for six graduates, combining workplace experience with leadership training content already available in Skillsoft’s Leadership Development program. The result was a cost-conscious pilot that equipped participants with leadership skills and a wider understanding of the business, helping Canada Life build its future leadership pipeline.
