Black Knight, a leading FinTech with about 4,500 employees across 23 US cities and India, needed continuous leadership and professional development that would build strong leaders while supporting its mission of superior client service. An employee survey showed clear demand for ongoing development tailored to the company’s technical experts and managers.

Partnering with Skillsoft, Black Knight launched the “Managing for Success” program — a blended curriculum of 12 Skillsoft Business Skills courses plus instructor-led sessions, delivered and tracked on Skillsoft’s platform and reinforced with gamification and premium learning rewards. The initiative drove high participation and engagement, earned ATD recognition, and achieved 100% of respondents saying gamification enhanced learning, courses were convenient and engaging, and the learning applied to their roles.
