A Skillsoft Case Study
Atos, a global IT services company committed to inclusivity, set a strategic goal to increase female representation across management after noting leadership in tech skewed male. To build a robust pipeline and address barriers at different career stages, Atos launched the Women Who Succeed initiative to prepare senior, mid-level and emerging female leaders for next-level roles.
Atos partnered with Skillsoft to deliver a tailored women's leadership programme—monthly videos, book summaries, activities and reflective exercises—focused on bias recognition, personal branding, negotiation and accountability. The programme engaged 186 participants with a 70% completion rate, strong networking participation, and helped Atos win a Brandon Hall Group award for Best Inclusion and Diversity Strategy.
